SOLUTIONS MADE SIMPLE
When your Kegel lane machine has a problem, getting it running again is a high priority. Concern can quickly turn into panic when this critical piece of equipment is not operating correctly.
Take a few deep breaths and follow the procedures below to quickly get your machine running again.
When you first encounter a problem, try consulting your manual. Most have a very good troubleshooting sections that can get you running again quickly. When using the manual, it’s a good idea to review the model and thought ware version of your machine. Some machines have different options installed and that can lead to different troubleshooting procedures.

Please note that manuals for the newest Kegel machines are only available online.
The manual is also a great place to brush up on the names of the parts to make them quickly identifiable.
Another awesome tool to expedite the repair of your lane machine is found here on the Kegel Mechanics Klub website! Here you will get access to Tech Tips, how to videos, catalogs, manuals and troubleshooting guides. The installation instructions can be very helpful when changing items you are not familiar with.
The troubleshooting section covers numerous problems that might occur using flowcharts. Many of the solutions include a link to a YouTube video of the repair or adjustment.

If none of the above have given you a solution to your problem, you can contact a technician at Kegel: 1-800-280-2695. The toll-free number is manned from 8AM until 5PM Monday through Friday.
After hours emergency calls received after business hours will be prompted to leave a message and a tech will call back as quickly as possible. After hours calls that are non-emergency will be answered the following business day.
To help quickly route your call to someone who can help, please have the following information ready for the operator:
Your name
Your phone number
The Bowling center name
The model of your machine (Kustodian, Ion, Phoenix, Atlas etc.)
The thought ware or firmware version
A description of the problem and what you have already attempted.
With this information the technician will be able to quickly assist you with pertinent information for your machine.
You have many avenues to follow to assist you in the repair of your Kegel lane machine. All are at no cost and can be accessed with very little effort. Take your time, use the resources available to you, and remember to breath!
