ANNOYING CALLS AND HOW TO FIX THEM (PART 1)
We have all had that one league bowler that comes to you after a shift and says “my lane always breaks down”. After calming yourself, there are a few things to think about regarding these statements, but the main one I like to think about is how true are they? In many cases there is some validity to what the guest says, but in order to see this, you have to look at it from their point of view. Most guests associate a breakdown with any time they have to call someone for assistance which makes their point valid at times. The easiest way to solve this problem is to focus on the top calls that may be plaguing your bowling center. If these calls become non-existent, not only will you make the guests happy, but you can save some of your own sanity as well.
Over the next few months, we will be discussing the most frequent calls on GS and A2 pinsetters as well as the most frequent calls we receive on Kegel Lane Machines. Along with a list of the calls, you will find solutions and adjustments to make these calls as minimal as possible. This months edition will focus on GS machines, and as always, we have provided a printable PDF for you to use in your shop.
